Rose is a long time resident of Delaware. As a child, she moved to Newark, Delaware from New Jersey and remained in the area most of her life. She graduated from Newark High and the University of Delaware with a degree in early childhood education. She taught school briefly in the Newark area, but most of her work experience was in sales and marketing with DuPont and W.L. Gore & Associates, large corporations in northern Delaware. She relocated to South Bethany in 1996 and began a new career in real estate in 1997. She is now a full time resort sales Realtor®. Her long experience in Delaware and the Resort area have given her a wealth of knowledge about the communities and the changes that have taken place in the market. She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. She has over nineteen years of experience as a Realtor® in this area and over twenty-nine years of experience in customer service and contract negotiations. You can count on her to give you non-stop professional service. The teacher in Rose still finds pleasure in helping her clients learn about the market in this area and helping them achieve their real estate dreams. Her business is built on giving her customers superior service above and beyond what is normally expected. Their trust and respect and the referrals of their friends and family are her reward.

Real estate is a seven day a week job but Rose finds time to volunteer for Meals-On-Wheels and take walks on the beach with her 3 rescue labs. She feels these things help keep her in shape and in touch with her community.

Russ is a native of Buffalo, New York where he lived until graduating from the University of Buffalo with a Degree in Anthropology. He then worked a short time as a schoolteacher before entering the Air Force, where he spent the next thirty years as a pilot, retiring as a Colonel in 1997. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War and the first Gulf War. It was the Air Force that brought him to Delaware where he spent most of his career serving full time and part time in the Air Force Reserve at Dover Air Force Base.

In 1976 he joined United Airlines and flew for them for the next twenty-five years. He remained in Delaware and flew mostly from the three major airports in the Washington/ Baltimore area. He retired in 2003 as a Captain on the Boeing 777, flying to cities in Europe.

He found his way to the Delaware beaches while living in Dover and in 1985 purchased a condo in Dewey Beach. Coming to the beach on weekends and for short vacations was not enough. In 1992 he moved here fulltime. After retiring he helped a friend with his political campaign for a year and then decided to go back to work full time. Encouraged by his business partner, Rose Walker, he became a Realtor®. Russ brings with him the organizational skills and attention to detail that he learned in his previous careers. He spent his entire life adhering to the principles of honesty and integrity and finds these are invaluable assets when working with clients. He has worked two jobs for most of his life and applies that same energy and enthusiasm working for his clients.

His education includes a BA from The University of Buffalo and an MBA from Auburn University. He is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, the Air Force Air Command and Staff College, and Air Force Air War College.
